The outrch.pro desktop app: AI writes a personal email for every client, sending goes through your own SMTP, and user data stays on their computer.
About the project
Outrch is an app for analyzing potential clients and making first contact. Users upload their client base, tune AI prompts, and the app drafts a personal email for every recipient. Emails are sent from the user's own mailboxes, while clients, templates, prompts and drafts never leave their computer — the server only stores the account and subscription. We built the desktop app, the cloud API, the website, the customer cabinet and the admin panel.

HTML templates with placeholders: each email is assembled from the client's and company's data, not a generic template.
System prompts for client analysis and email generation, plus a built-in chat to refine a prompt for a specific recipient.
Multiple mailboxes, IMAP, configurable pauses between emails to stay out of spam folders.
